By purchasing artwork from Brownie through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of any physical or digital art product, and by completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Product Descriptions
Each piece of artwork sold on this website is described as accurately as possible. Variations in color may occur due to screen differences. If you have questions regarding any product, contact Brownie prior to purchase.
3. Pricing and Payment
• All prices listed on the website are in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is required at the time of purchase.
• Taxes and shipping costs are calculated during checkout and added to the total amount due.
4. Shipping and Delivery
• Shipping is available in Canada and the USA, unless otherwise stated. Shipping times vary by destination but are typically processed expeditiously.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation once your item has been dispatched.
• The artist is not responsible for delays caused by customs or delivery services.
5. Returns and Exchanges
• Physical Artworks: Due to the nature of original artwork and limited editions, all sales are final. However, if the item arrives damaged, please contact Brownie within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Anne Beverly Brown – aka Brownie. No artwork may be reproduced, distributed, or sold without the artist’s explicit permission.
7. Custom Orders
Custom art pieces are available upon request. Once a custom order is placed, a deposit is required, and the remainder is due upon completion. Custom orders are non-refundable.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting Brownie. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.
9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information provided during checkout will be used solely for processing your order and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
The artist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through this website. The maximum liability of the artist shall not exceed the price of the purchased item.
